This photo is reportedly taken during a fall deer hunting campaign in or near Hayward, Wisconsin sometime around 1940. If you look closely at the bottom of the photo, the principles are identified as, (l to r), Hank (Collins); Cy (Belhumeur); and Bill (Belhumeur). The young girls are apparently locals who are in some way connected to the hunting cabin that the men acquired for their annual trip to the North.
